The Challenge
Small and medium B2B businesses with field sales teams operate blind — no visibility into where agents are, what orders are placed, or whether visits actually happen. Existing tools are bloated enterprise software built for Fortune 500s, leaving growing businesses in India’s pharma, FMCG, and distribution sectors stuck with WhatsApp groups and paper trails.
The Solution
We’re building ZigraOps as a vertically integrated field ops platform: real-time GPS tracking with fraud detection (mock location, device switching), offline-first order management that syncs when connectivity returns, AI-powered product import (Gemini 2.5 Flash maps CSV columns automatically), and owner dashboards with live agent feeds. The architecture is a 25-package Flutter monorepo with native Kotlin GPS services, backed by Firebase Cloud Functions (54 endpoints across 8 deployed codebases) and a hybrid Firestore + Realtime Database stack optimized for both consistency and low-latency streaming.
The Outcome
Currently in closed pilot with select customers — 296,600+ lines of code across 25 packages, 54 API endpoints, 48 screens, and 427 test files shipped. Accepting early access applications.

Agent Mobile App
Flutter + native Kotlin GPS foreground service. Offline-first order placement, visit tracking, real-time location streaming, and background sync via WorkManager.
Owner Mobile & Web App
Multi-platform (Android, iOS, Web) dashboard with live agent tracking, order approval workflows, team management, analytics charts, and bulk product import.
Serverless Backend
8 independently deployed Cloud Function codebases (TypeScript, Clean Architecture with Inversify DI) handling users, orders, visits, products, retailers, notifications, and dashboards.
AI Product Import
Gemini 2.5 Flash-powered column mapping that auto-detects CSV/XLSX headers and maps them to product schema — enabling 2000+ product bulk imports in seconds.
Fraud Detection Engine
Real-time mock GPS detection, device switching alerts, GPS-disabled notifications, and forensic timeline explorer (React) for investigating suspicious activity.
Design System
Token-based design system generated directly from 24 Figma JSON exports. Material 3 component library (HexUIKit) shared across both apps.
