1. Agreement

Hexcreators provides technology consulting, product design, web development, mobile development, and related digital product services. Specific project terms, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements between Hexcreators and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Our content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Hexcreators and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client work

Intellectual property ownership for client projects is governed by the specific project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code, designs, and deliverables created for their project.

4. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Transmit any harmful code or interfere with website functionality
Scrape, mine, or extract data from the website without permission
Impersonate Hexcreators or misrepresent your affiliation with us

5. Project Engagements

All project engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines:

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, standard payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hexcreators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical architectures, source code, and financial information.

9. Portfolio Rights

Unless explicitly prohibited in a project agreement, Hexcreators reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. Clients will be consulted before any public disclosure of project details.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all deliverables completed at that point.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
