A B2B mobile storefront for automotive parts dealers.
The Challenge
Precision’s dealer network was placing orders via phone calls and WhatsApp — leading to missed orders, pricing errors, and zero visibility into dealer activity. There was no digital channel for their 500+ dealers to browse catalogs, track orders, or manage service requests.
The Solution
We built a cross-platform Flutter app with a full e-commerce flow — product catalog with variants, cart management, checkout with address selection, order tracking, and push notifications for status updates. Added lead management for dealers to capture prospects, a service request system with forecasting, and a rewards program to incentivize engagement.
The Outcome
Digitised the entire dealer ordering process — 18 feature modules, 30+ screens, real-time push notifications — replacing phone/WhatsApp orders with a structured, trackable system.
