A mobile-first facility management system for field technicians.
The Challenge
Vinsup’s facility maintenance teams relied on paper checklists and manual reporting — work orders got lost, there was no proof of task completion, and managers had zero real-time visibility into what was happening across multiple service wings.
The Solution
We built a Flutter app with QR code scanning for instant equipment identification, structured checklists for standardised maintenance workflows, camera integration for photo evidence, time-slot booking, and work list management with notifications. Firebase Remote Config enables dynamic checklist updates without app releases.
The Outcome
Digitised field maintenance workflows across 16 screens — from paper checklists to real-time tracked, photo-verified task completion with QR-based equipment lookup.
