The Challenge
Access to justice in the UK is broken — people in crisis face a fragmented legal system with no clear path to the right help, while qualified lawyers struggle to connect with clients who need them most. The founder had a registered social enterprise and a powerful mission, but zero digital infrastructure to deliver it at scale.
The Solution
We designed and engineered the entire product ecosystem from the ground up: two cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter) for the public and lawyers, a serverless backend (79+ Go Lambda functions on AWS), a statically-generated marketing website with SSR and WCAG AA compliance, and a real-time admin portal with audit logging, threat detection, and competition management. The architecture was built for a regulated industry — ICO-registered, GDPR/CCPA compliant, with OTP verification, subscription billing (RevenueCat + Apple/Google IAP), and role-based access control across every layer.
The Outcome
Shipped a production-ready ecosystem of 5 products (2 mobile apps, serverless backend, marketing site, admin portal) comprising 79+ API endpoints, 47+ screens, and 10+ database tables — from first commit to App Store submission.
